In his years as the Managing Director and Director of advertising, media and creative agencies, He and his teams have achieved top results for small and large brands. Their aim is to identify strategic opportunities and be hands-on in the creative execution of change leading creative. Utilising skills in executive management, Government tender processes and high end production, Jay himself has not only built successful businesses but then negotiated the divestment and sale of several major business assets.
Jay's strong leadership has come from working from the ground up in the advertising and media industry, thus giving him a unique ability to manage across all silos and teams.
He carries this experience into any industry he consults with or manage, as a strong creative and strategic thinker, master negotiator and adaptable self-starter. His reputation as a ‘builder’ throughout my career is from successfully building brands, teams, relationships and businesses.
